For now, the numbers are still estimates. But between software subscriptions, infrastructure, and AI-native content shops, analysts already project the AI video ecosystem to reach tens of billions of dollars in value over the next decade. More importantly, the behavior has changed. In many markets, the first instinct for a new idea is no longer “book a stage”—it’s “open a prompt.”

Hollywood’s Slow Turn While Others Sprint

A typical AI-native team might have:

  • A producer who interfaces with clients, platforms, or brands.

Korean studios push for polish. AI is folded into K-drama, music, and fashion ecosystems to extend visual worlds and test new character designs. The result is a wave of stylized, highly cohesive projects that still feel authored, not automated.
