- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure production dates.

- Final payment is due upon delivery of materials, unless otherwise agreed.

- Late payments may incur interest or additional fees as specified in project documentation.

- Production schedules, crew bookings, and vendor holds are not guaranteed until deposits clear.

5. Cancellations and Postponements

If a project or shoot is canceled or postponed:

- Client must provide written notice as soon as possible.

- Deposits are non-refundable, but may be credited toward a rescheduled date at our discretion.

- Additional cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply to cover incurred costs, rentals, or crew commitments.

6. Content and Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Dark Barrel Media reserves the right to showcase completed work (including behind-the-scenes materials) in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing reels to promote our creative services.
We will respect embargoed campaigns or client confidentiality when requested in advance and agreed to in writing.

7. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our website may include links to third-party sites (e.g., Vimeo, Instagram, YouTube) or use third-party integrations (e.g., payment processors, analytics tools).
